For extending, you have just to let us know to check the availability and rate. For reducing the stay, this depends on the Hotel rules and conditions, some hotels allow reduce without any charges, other hotels charge some or full amount.
If the cancellation is within the time frame allowed by the hotel, you can call us right away, we will cancel it, if however, hotels conditions not permitting a cancellation, an amount will be charged back. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact the insurance company’s 24-hour line to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.
